I'll be doing Junior review next semester, which means I'll be going through everything and possibly adding more here. I bought a scanner from the school when they updated, which means no more dragging large pieces to school for scanning. Unfortunately, this has not led to me actually scanning the enormous backlog of art I need to archive. Yet.

Soon.

I am buying a scanner. I am lost in a sea of options. What are your thoughts on:

- scanner/printer/fax/dishwasher combos (my printer is also broken, should I buy the whole shebang together?)
- hp vs. epson
- any other experiences and opinions you have on the subject

I will be using this scanner quite often, and possibly on a professional level for commissions. At the very least, my illustration teachers like to play client and have us send professional quality scans to them on the dates our assignments are due in class, for practice. So it has to be pretty decent.

So, if you've been on my watch list for the past two years, I'll be going through my deviation watch list over the next little while and adding favorites. Nothing out of the ordinary... I will just have over 3,000 to go through. So if I fav a ton of your pieces at once, that's why.
